See No Evil

Михаил Метляев
I had a girl from west.
She was so young.
She had blue eyes,
And she was clever.

She felt like foreign guest
Among deaf and blind,
And closed mind,
And no endevour.

Nobody want to try
To understand,
Why there's no shout or cry
Nothing concerns.

Fooling around
In lost and found.
It seemed to grieve her.

People who walk around,
Some evil made them dumb.
They see no evil.

I've met the girl from south.
She was so nice.
And so much time
We spent together.

We walked, we kissed, we both
Looked at stars.
And she was mine.
As I can get it.

She said me she's surprised,
While look around.
People are dressed in shrouds,
They are not alive.

Dead people walk...
Dead people talk...
I didn't believe her.

Some evil made them dead.
Their souls are torn and shreds.
They see no evil.

For now I understand
Events around.
I'm full for tricks.
For now I am sick.

I'm trying to protect
My burning mind.
My watch's hands
Just turning quick.

For now I'm out of trend
"Do what we've told".
They sink in falling sand,
Nothing to hold.

Their stale souls
Are rented and sold.
Water and bleeded.

I am irritated by
They see no bans, no lie,
They see no evil.
