The Prairies Call

Àííà Ãðóäèíèíà Ëè
I’m riding on my stallion’s back chasing the roads, eternal prairies.
I wonder, where it might get me, should I follow mighty Ares?

Why do I have such loving soul if I am to belong in battle?
I give the people all I own, though they use all the gold for scatter…

Please give me strength, wisdom to wait, oh, great Athena, Aphrodite,
Please give me love, my hope, my fate – the only reason to stop fighting.

I’m riding on my stallion’s back, within me I can hear its heartbeat.
In armor crafted by Hephaestus long ago I left my orbit.

And while Hermes supports my wings, my inspiration – Dionysus,
With every word I’m building swings for people so they know catharsis.

I have no roots to bind my mind; it has the strength of a thousand eagles.
Though, searching for my only guide, my heart was pierced by a thousand needles.

I never take what isn’t mine; I’m riding freely through the prairies.
With ancient knowledge of all time I trust the wind, where to it carries.
