It has long been an idea to record a group BBB with a wood-wind section. Especially since the wood-wind school in St. Petersburg is the best in Russia. Preparing for the birthday of the band to surprise for connoisseurs of blues, I combined several ideas - to sing more funky blues, using the standards of James Brown, Lucky Peterson, Taj Mahal and Afro-funk's my favorite group Ohio Players. I was recommended to a good stylish keyboardist Nikolai Silvestrov, and I decided to instruct him to collect the wood-wind section and to write a new anniversary program for the band. But the most paradoxical coincidence is that it was on May 22 that my wedding registration was appointed. All events occurred on this memorable day of 1998 - registration of marriage, rehearsal with a new crew and the anniversary concert in the legendary St. Petersburg club Manhattan.
