I’m sitting on my porch and watch moonlight
The universe, it spins around my head
I hear each leaf
Each breath of summer night
Each star that dies right now in its galactic bed

I try to cross the distance in my mind
To break the boundaries to make my bloodstream flow
It’s funny how my legs always give up
When all I need to make is final blow

It’s kinda cold and maybe I should go
Rest in my bed, forget myself in sleep
Say, it’s a torture to go on like so
But I so love this quiet night right here

Like sitting on my porch under moonlight
Can take me somewhere I can sure belong
The sky is patch, the moon is round and blind
I make a step and it turns to be wrong

I fall behind, I’m spinning in my fall
Or is it flight? A candlelight that burns?
Am I asleep? Do I exist at all?
I ask the night where only moonlight turns.
