How much I loved you down on Earth

Дарья Кандалинцева
They used to say: life’s killing people,
No one can make it out alive.
I also knew: time’s mending people.
But I’ve lost chances to revive.

The moment’s gone. The heart is broken.
I can’t resist. I won’t obey.
Now I see—my life’s been stolen
By prejudice. It’s time to pay.

Not any longer I can bear
This scar and wound and injury.
I stop my heart voluntary.
But I’ll be waiting you up there.

Where no one ever can be broken,
No more words are to be spoken.
Where I’m not afraid to say the truth—
How much I've loved you down on Earth.
