As we know, a meaning of life
Isn’t about waiting for the end of the storm.
Learn to dance in the rain. It is rife.
There is no time to lose. Get a chance to perform.

Live and learn, as time does not create us-
Every being is a spring of one’s own time.
A  good magician- guide can discuss,
Help in choosing the way if your thoughts’re in chime.

TEFL  is a theatre state:
Souls are in the wings, human hearts’re on the stage,
In the hall there’re lots of great fates,
A schoolmaster’s designing the Digital Age.

The solution of educational tasks
In the constantly changing circumstances
Is a mover’s felicity ,well in advance,
Mediated by “subject-subject” influences.

Nobody predicts how a word will call forth,
A mentor affects eternity, as nobody knows,
When teacher’s influence can be left off.
Teaching shines through the sky and the earth.

Humans’ re driven to explore the world.
People’d like the young to uphold the natural laws.
A guide - innovator is cherishing the old,
A tutor- orthodox is accepting the new, of course.

Once a sage man, who had three learners,
Sent his disciples out of the town to try their luck.
“What have you seen?”- He asked them on their returning.
And the first one answered, he had been dead drunk.

The second one had been charmed by the girls’ love,
The third one had seen the tears of the  kids,
It had been hard to understand their inner lives.
He was deeply moved by the children’s hardships.

Pain, uneasiness were in his troubled soul,
And he thought that he hadn’t been aware of anything, so
The true teacher was going to study once more.
“Love is the flower you’ve got to let it grow”.

The best healer’s not the man, who’s much treasure,
But those, who can share his wisdom and art,
Who loves the mentees and works with great pleasure,
Being an architect of human souls, one gives them a heart.

Happiness is given by self-improvement,
But not by hoarding, to a man of faith,
We can gain wealth, due to attainments,
It’s hard to gain knowledge only through wealth.

Now there is a moral - spiritual crisis.
The revealed regress has pedagogical “malfunctions”.
Culture’s Cinderella that is miserable, artless.
How should we balance social and learning functions?

Once upon a time there lived wild animals,
They decided to build a new world, a new school.
The curriculum, aimed both for birds and mammals,
Included running, climbing, swimming, flying with sport tools.

A duck, considered to be the best swimmer,
Became weary because of physical strain
In flying. A sprinter rabbit became much slimmer,
For nervous breakdown, living in the first lane.

In climbing an eagle was okay,
Being problem, it turned out to be punished.
The rara avis had used its own way,
The only abnormal elk was truly flourished.

Prairie dogs taught their pups to hunt.
They created digging as their school innovation.
What is the moral of this didactic chant?
Education strategy mustn’t meet only the elk’s expectations.

It should be variative education,
So that students can work their fingers to the bone.
A school spirit’d correspond to the one of the nation.
“The camel, going to seek horns, lost the ears of his own.” 

Education isn’t a fat to service industry,
But the institute of formation of cultural identity.
A teacher’s aim is to help kids develop artistry,
Go through life independently, without enmity.
 
People need to be able to communicate,
Adapt, innovate, see connections, and work with others.
Through heart and wisdom humans can integrate.
An English language teacher's an interpreter of cultures.

A language’s the House of Being, like an open book
It’s a means of mutual understanding,
And a copy of world outlook,
And a spirit of an interlocutor in cultural blending.

The humane’s a motivational, value aspiration,
Because it’s a meaning of  human existence,
The main trait’s with personal, conceptual, moral relation
To make an existential choice, an effect of mental distance.

If we’re to teach real peace in the universe,
And if we’re to carry on a real war against war,
We’ll have to begin with the kids: “Our world is diverse.
Imagine all the people living life in peace».  It is core.

It’s the supreme pedagogical art
To awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
Cultivating a pursuit of truth, a desire for beauty, a good heart
A coach enriches students’ emotional memory storage.

Learning through edutainment means common good.
With respect to curiosity, openness, responsiveness
The child should be growing in manhood,
The adult should be growing in childlikeness.

The  teacher’s ability to facilitate learning
Affects each student’s educational attainment.
Critical thinking, creativity, problem solving
Are important skills for our work and entertainment.

Teachers set challenging tasks to encourage kids’ results,
To increase better knowledge and skills,
So that they may be proud of progress, success, and exult,
Finding out something new, fit the bill.

By personalizing the individual  journey
One can come to fruition and execution,
A positive climate is burning in learning,
Late-bloomers’, students’ at-risk evolution.

The role as a “sage on the stage” with  a “talk-chalk”
Has to make way for the role of “a guide by the side”.
A creative spirit embodies seeing outside the box.
Blending traditional and IC technologies is worldwide.
 
The teacher’s performance is full of wonders.
One is a citizen of the world, a peace-maker by nature,
The Portfolio’s pages dwell on the venues and countries,
Where the seeker has been wandering as a thinker, creator:

The Transbaikalia, Germany, the Baltic states,
The Moscow, Volga, Black Soil regions,
The Ukraine, Siberia, Britain are the routs of the fate,
Two degrees, learning languages, customs, traditions.

Fifty print publications, which devoted to
Professional, interpersonal, intrapersonal knowledge’ re
In the collections of MSU, VSU, YSPU, NSU,
As well as in the international press, being a privilege. 

Education in spiritual growth is that which promotes
Grasp of reality through fostering human consciousness,
Nothing can be done without confidence and hope.
The team reflective culture forming leads to success.

A man makes one’s own informational universe.
Interpreting classics on the verbal, thesaurus, pragmatic levels,
Through the 8-step cross-cultural project’s course
Learners shape affective, cognitive, personal spheres.

Value-meaning students’ development
In the context of classical arts integration:
“A Sound of Thunder”, “A Star-Child”, “Romeo and Juliet”
Exceeds beyond all expectations.

Being the author of the humanistic conceptions,
Called  “The City of Masters”, “ Linguistics’ beauty”,
 I think, English through arts’ll have the appreciation
As a value that can liberate us from mediocrity.

Languages carry us back to the old past times,
Make rethink the present anew, think about the «close at hand”,
Like bridges, they bring together folks, fates, climes,
Events and traditions, personalities, customs and lands
 
Life’s short, you must learn, passing an examination,
The lessons you learn’ll last your existential being.
Nobody can go back and form a new foundation,
But anyone can start today and make a new ending.
