My Favorite Movie
I ordered by FedEx my favorite movie,
You said you would want us to watch it together.
It was your intention, but it didn't happen.
Some other things happened, and you had to go.
You asked if you could take my movie along,
I gave it to you, so you'd watch it at home,
And get your impression on things that I love,
Because I just thought we could share the Joy...
You took it with you, but of course, never watched it.
You've kept it for weeks, but I guess, you were busy.
You did other things and you watched other films.
My movie was waiting, and it was OK.
OK, that you also forgot to return it, -
No need to possess and no need to impress you.
I said farewell to my favorite movie,
I don't want it back, while it served me quite well...
