Она кандально носит обручальное кольцо
Уставилась в пустую чашку кофе
Как если бы взглянула в ротик мёртвой птичке
Окончен ужин. Её муж идёт в сортир.
Вернётся скоро и даст ей отворот
К воротам туалета.

as if she were looking into the mouth of a dead bird.
Dinner is over. Her husband has gone to the toilet.
